AED (Automated External Defibrillator) has gradually attracted public attention, protecting public safety in public places.However, do you know how to use AED?
As Red Cross of China Shanghai Branch officially started a publicity campaign on the theme "Life will be magnificent because of you - 2015 'World First Aid Day'", a public welfare program for pilot setting of automatic external defibrillator (AED). A total of 310 AEDs will be installed at the airports, railway and bus stations, as well as Red Cross community-service station, which will protect public safety. At the same time, Red Cross first-aid training which is "centering on emergency skill" will progress smoothly.
As a company which devoted itself to the cause of public first aid and took the initiative to shoulder the social responsibilities, AIMSN not only donated 71 Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) to the Red Cross, but also provided professional first-aid teaching resources to support the initiative of Red Cross of China Shanghai Branch in "strengthening emergency rescue training with first-aid skill as the core". AIMSN offered training courses on CPR, AED operation skills, AED routine maintenance for Red Cross of China Shanghai Branch, Red Cross in Pudong New Area, Red Cross in Jiading District and other institutions. Through the careful guidance from mentors and targeted hands-on exercises, every trainee has successfully acquired the CPR first-aid skills and learned how to use AED.
Witnessing the participants' high enthusiasm, serious attitude and devotion to the cause of the public first aid, we can imagine that the future of “public first aid" would inevitably be vigorous and add the hope of making heart beat again.
