In 2002, Chao Wang was just graduated from Property Management Department of Wuhan University. He, as the surrounding graduates, took his resume to rush in centers for human talent exchange of Wuhan every day in order to get his first job.

Pondering to explore new area by himself

When he came to Shanghai, Chao Wang did not have much cash, with only 500 yuan in his pocket.

However, life is full of frustrations. After staying in Shanghai for 9 months, he faced strategic realignment of his company.Due to the big transformation on the products, Chao Wang had to choose whether to go back or stay.At that time the company provided him two options: to go back to Wuhan company to work, or to resign."At that time I had a few customers. Although its quantity is small, it can be considered as a certain amount of accumulated business."Just taking root in Shanghai, he are commanded to give up. Therefore, Chao Wang was never reconciled to that and determined to continue to stay in Shanghai.

With night falling, Chao Wang strolled alone in the Bund beside Huangpu River.When he looked ahead, many blocks of European-style building greeted.With lamps turning on and light along with shadow scattering, strong color contract impacted on Chao Wang and let him forget the trouble immediately.From flashing neon lights in front of eyes, Chao Wang also seemed to see the hope of the future.

It is because of concentration and professionalism in the industry that Chao Wang gained a firm foothold in Shanghai market.In 2009, he had a team of his own.
