• Equip the hotel lobby and hotel floor with AED equipment for the use of lobby staffs and room service staffs who have accepted professional first-aid training;
• Equip the hotel clinic with comprehensive first-aid kit for the use of medical staffs who have accepted professional first-aid training;
• Regularly organize logistic and room service staffs to take part in training on basic first-aid knowledge and skills;
• Organize first-aid training each season;
•  Carry out large-scale designated topic drills on risk-avoiding and emergency care each year;
