Brief Description of Solutions

From the previous data and the case, we can find that the success rate of first-aid in non-emergency and ICU area is significantly low. So, how can we improve the survival rate of first aid in the inpatient department and other non-emergency department, as well as areas where professional medical personnel and facilities cannot reach early?

We can cut in from the following:

  • Increase the first-aid ability of "first responder";
  • Equipped the inpatient department, emergency departments in other areas and ICU in a far distance with an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) every 200 meters or every 2 floors for non- professional medical personnel to make timely defibrillation.
  • Form a full-time fixed CPR professional team ("blue army" inside the hospital).
